Learn about maneuvering conflict within a team, bringing equity to a workspace, and advice for preparing for successful conflict as a baseline for effective social change. This is great for people looking to build leadership skills, bond in group activities, and for gaining clarity in power conflicts in a work/social space.

Lauren is on the board of directors of the Oregon Mediation Association, and has many years of experience helping individuals and groups navigate conflict well.
