Welcome to the Tryon Life Community Farm website. By accessing or using this site, registering for an event, subscribing to our newsletter, making a donation, or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

Tryon Life Community Farm ("TLC Farm," "we," "us," or "our") is a nonprofit organization based in Portland, Oregon. We operate this website to share information about our programs, events, volunteer opportunities, and mission.

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event, and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.

4. Donations

Donations made through this site are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless otherwise stated in writing, donations are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review the request in good faith. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers.

5. Participation and safety

TLC Farm is a working farm and natural landscape. Participation in on-site activities, events, and volunteer work is voluntary and may involve inherent risks. You are responsible for following posted guidance and staff instructions while on the property. Additional waivers or agreements may be required for certain activities.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layouts — is owned by or licensed to Tryon Life Community Farm and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
